As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project Grant Program, the “NEET Women in Human Resources” project, aimed at increasing the employment of NEET women in the HR field in Adana, completed its third and final training program between June and August 2024, with 22 participants.
The program included 155 hours of theoretical and practical training, supplemented by mentorship and coaching. Participants also received training in gender equality, effective communication, presentation techniques, and basic labor law, enhancing their social and professional skills.
With the completion of this final group, the project exceeded its initial target of 60 participants, successfully training 63 HR professionals. Graduates are being provided with one-on-one employment support, and so far, 31 young women have started working in HR roles across different companies.
