As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, an employment-focused “Customer Relations Representative” training program was conducted in Adana from May 7 to August 2, 2024, in collaboration with Teleperformance. NEET young women participated in training sessions covering key topics such as: Information Security, Communication Techniques, Customer Orientation, Empathy, Stress Management, Call Center Metrics. At the end of the program, 20 participants successfully completed the training and received their certificates, with 11 young women securing employment.
