As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, the “Data Entry Clerk” training was conducted in İzmir from August 19 to September 12, 2024, in collaboration with İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Vocational Factory, NORDIS Global, TFTip AI, Despro Information Technologies, and Akıllı Ticaret. 16 NEET young women participated in theoretical and hands-on vocational training, attending 4-hour daily sessions, 5 days a week. In addition to technical skills, participants also received empowerment training to enhance their personal and professional development. During the program, participants were also introduced to the Opportunities Map, which connects them with job, internship, education, and entrepreneurship support opportunities across Türkiye.
