As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, the Automotive Maintenance and Repair Training was conducted in İzmir from October 23 to December 8, 2023, in collaboration with İzmir Metropolitan Municipality and İnci Foundation. A total of 50 young women successfully completed theoretical and practical training in four specialized modules: Automotive Electrical Systems, Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair, Oil and Filter Change, Washing, and Dry Lubrication, Tire, Brake, Testing, and Wheel Alignment Adjustment, Automotive Welding. Additionally, participants were introduced to the Opportunities Map, a platform that enables young women to access job, internship, education, and entrepreneurship support opportunities across Türkiye.
