The Young Women Building Their Future Mentorship Program was implemented between May and December 2023, bringing together NEET young women aged 18-29 with experienced women professionals from various sectors to support their career development and personal growth. Conducted online, the program facilitated: 500 mentee-mentor matches, 2,154 mentorship meetings,
1,650 hours of mentorship sessions. During the mentorship period, many mentees attended job interviews, started internships, entered the workforce, or launched their own businesses. On December 27, 2023, a closing event was held online, bringing together mentors and mentees who participated in the program. During the event, participants shared their thoughts and experiences about the mentorship program.
