The Vision Workshop was organized in cooperation with Turkishe on 3 June in İstanbul. The workshop began with a career awareness training session designed to encourage NEET women to reflect on their career goals, strengths, and future plans. This was followed by a vision workshop, where participants created vision boards reflecting their dreams, aspirations, and personal goals. At the end of the workshop, participants presented their vision boards and shared the goals and sources of inspiration behind them. This provided an opportunity for participants to get to know one another better and gain inspiration from different perspectives. The workshop concluded as a productive and enjoyable experience that helped participants visualize their future plans and increase their awareness of their career journeys.
