On June 6, a Vision Workshop was organized in Gaziantep in collaboration with Turkishe. In the first part of the workshop, a career awareness training session encouraged NEET women to reflect on their career goals, strengths, and future plans. This was followed by a Vision workshop, where participants created vision boards representing their dreams and aspirations. At the end of the event, participants presented their vision boards and shared their goals and sources of inspiration. This provided an opportunity for them to get to know one another better and gain inspiration from different perspectives. The event concluded as a productive and enjoyable experience, helping participants turn their future plans into tangible goals and develop greater awareness of their career journeys.
