The Human Resources Specialist Certification Program, organized in collaboration with the Innovative Human Resources Association (YINKADER), was conducted online between 28 April and 22 May. A total of 24 NEET women participated in the 32-hour training program and received certificates upon successfully completing the course. The program offered both theoretical and practical training in the following areas: Introduction to Human Resources, Labor Law and Legislation, Payroll and Statutory Deductions, Recruitment Processes and Employer Branding, Training and Performance Management, Strategic, Digital, and Sustainable Human Resources, as well as CV Preparation and Interview Techniques. The training enhanced participants’ knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources and contributed significantly to their professional development.
