Project Outputs

• Focus group meetings were conducted with NEET women who had participated in previous Kodluyoruz programs to assess their readiness in software and to prepare training content tailored to their needs.

• 163 NEET women received 8-month technical software training.
• Workshops were organized to strengthen the social skills of the women trained in software, covering topics such as CV preparation, interview simulations, and 21st- century competencies.
• An ideathon was held in which young women developed solutions-oriented projects addressing local needs determined by Seyhan Municipality, allowing them to apply their learning in practice.
• A comprehensive report covering the entire project process and the projects generated during the ideathon was prepared.
• 25 young women were employed in various institutions, and 30 young women participated in the internship program offered by Seyhan Municipality.
