Project Title: NEET Women in Human Resources
Objective: To support 60 NEET women living in Adana through innovative training programs and mentorship, and to create employment opportunities enabling them to work in the human resources field.

Project Outputs

• 63 NEET women participated in 3-month vocational training programs covering topics in the human resources field.
• A digital mentorship network was established, and biweekly mentoring sessions were held during the training, allowing participants to receive career guidance from HR professionals.
• Workshops were organized for both NEET participants and industry professionals, including “Digital Transformation in HR” and “Where Does HR Stand in Sustainability?”.
• Workplace visits were conducted, enabling young women to observe the profession in practice and meet industry professionals.
• All participants were registered with the Labor and Employment Agency (İŞKUR), and their employment progress was monitored, resulting in 32 young women successfully entering employment.
