Project Title: Enhancing the Resilience of NEET Women in the Labour Market
Objective: To facilitate the employment of NEET women who have completed vocational training by matching them with companies, and to strengthen their skills and participation in line with labor market needs.

Project Outputs

• 300 local companies will be visited to increase the placement capacity of the Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Cooperation protocols will be signed with 50 businesses and 15 institutions to facilitate employment.
• 24 NEET women who have completed vocational training in fields such as fashion design, textiles, culinary arts, and software received “Next Generation Skills” training.
• A cooking competition and fashion show were organized for 40 NEET women trained in fashion design and gastronomy.
• 14 NEET women benefit from the internship opportunities, including a one-month coverage of transportation and insurance costs.
