The module titled “Self-Confidence,” held online on August 22, aimed to help NEET women develop confidence through body language, posture, micro-expressions, and positive self- talk techniques. The program focused on power poses and the psychological and physiological aspects of communication, with the goal of enabling participants to present a stronger and more confident presence in workplace settings and interviews.

Participants explored ways to change their body chemistry using scientifically supported “power pose” techniques. They also worked on reading micro-expressions of others to enhance communication efficiency and transforming negative self-talk to prevent self- sabotage. Throughout the process, participants gained skills in confidence-building techniques applicable to job applications, interviews, and maintaining a confident stance at work.

Additionally, the program covered stress management methods and positive self-talk protocols. Participants acquired practical tools to support emotional balance, including breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and physical awareness practices that can be used in daily life and work environments.
