In collaboration with Akçansa, the Job Application Skills Training took place at Akçansa Büyükçekmece Factory on November 27, 2025. NEET women participated in training sessions on Job Application Skills, Sustainable Future, and Perspectives on Digital Transformation, and also took part in a technical tour to observe the factory’s production processes firsthand. During the training program, participants were guided by Human Resources specialists on the key points of preparing an effective CV. Additionally, interview simulations were conducted to help participants prepare for real-life interview experiences. Through this program, participants not only developed their job application skills for their career journeys but also increased their awareness of important topics in the workplace, such as sustainability and digital transformation.
