The Human Resources Specialist Certificate Program, organized in collaboration with the Innovative Human Resources Association – YİNKADER, was held online between November 17 and December 12. 23 NEET women attended the 36-hour training, and certificates were awarded to the participants who successfully completed the training. Within the scope of the program, theoretical and practical sessions were offered on the following topics: Introduction to Human Resources, Labor Law and Legislation, Payroll and Statutory Deductions, Recruitment Processes and Employer Branding, Training and Performance Management, Strategic, Digital and Sustainable HR, as well as CV preparation and interview techniques. The training strengthened participants’ knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources and contributed to their professional development.
