As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, the Barista Training was conducted in Diyarbakır from August 3 to September 15, 2023, in collaboration with the Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DTSO). A total of 23 young women participated in the training to learn the fundamentals of coffee preparation and brewing techniques. In addition to theoretical and practical sessions, participants attended empowerment-focused training on: Access to Rights, Gender Equality, Communication and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, participants were introduced to the Opportunities Map, a platform that enables young women to access job, internship, education, and entrepreneurship support opportunities across Türkiye.
