A two-day Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Training was held on June 18–19 at the MEXT Technology Center. Throughout the program, NEET women gained foundational knowledge of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, while also receiving training on increasingly important topics in today’s business world, such as data quality and data management. During the practical sessions, participants had the opportunity to work on various scenarios in a digital factory environment through group-based activities. The event also featured career networking sessions with human resources leaders from leading organizations across different industries. The two-day training program contributed to the participants’ professional development by enhancing their digital skills, increasing their awareness of artificial intelligence technologies, and providing valuable insights to support their career goals.
