Within the scope of the GKGK Grant Program, the second round of Ada Lovelace Academy Basic Digital Skills trainings, carried out in collaboration with SistersLab, took place between September 29 and October 22. NEET women had the opportunity to receive introductory- level training in E-Commerce, Java, Figma, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, SQL, Software Testing, Git/GitHub, Frontend, UI/UX, Excel, Canva, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence Applications, and the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Business World. Through these trainings, participants were able to both improve their technical skills and acquire the supportive competencies they would need during their entry into the sector. With these activities, which continued online throughout October, more than 500 NEET young women were reached, opening new career pathways for them in the field of technology.
