The second session of the supportive workshop series designed to address the psychosocial needs of NEET women was held online on August 6. Titled “Emotional Awareness and Self- Compassion”, this module aimed to help NEET women recognize their inner critics and develop self-compassion. During the workshop, participants explored not only recognizing and expressing emotions but also the three components of self-compassion as defined by Kristin Neff. Through activities such as writing letters to themselves, practicing the self- compassion circle, and group sharing, participants had the opportunity to experience practical self-compassion strategies they can apply in their daily lives.
