As part of the “Women Empowered by Software” project, led by We Code Association, aimed at increasing the employment of NEET women in the IT and technology sectors in Adana, the Front-End, Data Science, and Mobile Application Development trainings have been successfully completed. Following the completion of these training programs, an Ideathon event was held on August 28-29, 2024. With contributions from project partner Seyhan Municipality, participants worked in groups to develop innovative solutions addressing local issues in their city.
