As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, an employment-focused “Customer Relations Representative” training program was conducted in Adana from April 24 to June 28, 2024, in collaboration with Teleperformance. NEET young women received training in key areas such as: Information Security, Communication Techniques, Customer Orientation, Empathy, Stress Management, Call Center Metrics. At the end of the first group training, 17 participants successfully completed the program, received their certificates, and secured employment at a private company.
