As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, the “Oxygen Welding” training was conducted in İzmir from April 18 to June 14, 2024, in collaboration with İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, İmbat Soğutma, and İnci Foundation. NEET young women participated in both theoretical and hands-on training, gaining skills in oxygen welding techniques. Additionally, they received training on access to rights to support their empowerment. Participants who successfully passed the vocational qualification exams are now in the employment process, preparing to enter the workforce.
