As part of the “Empowered Women of Seafood Industry” project, implemented by İzmir BORSAV, NEET women in İzmir completed their on-the-job training in aquaculture processing and fish net weaving. The project aims to equip NEET women with vocational skills and facilitate their employment in aquaculture businesses and fish net manufacturing workshops. Following the training, participants have now been integrated into the employment process, gaining opportunities in the seafood processing and sales industry.
