As part of the “NEET Women in Industry” Project, implemented by the Başkent Industrialists Association (BASAD), the first theoretical training sessions were conducted from January 22 to February 2, 2024, with 25 NEET women in Ankara. The project aims to train and employ NEET women in the manufacturing industry, industrial automation, CNC, and welding technologies. Participants who successfully completed the training are now being matched with companies for employment opportunities.
