As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project Grant Program, the “NEET Women in Human Resources” project was launched in Adana to support the employment of 60 NEET women in the human resources field. The first training program took place between January 5 and March 8, 2024, with the participation of 20 NEET women.
Participants completed 155 hours of theoretical and practical training, covering key areas such as: Gender Equality, Effective Communication, Presentation Techniques, Basic Labor Law. Additionally, they received mentorship and coaching support to further enhance their skills. Graduates of the program are now being matched with companies for employment opportunities.
