As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Grant Program, the “Women Empowered by Software” project was launched on January 4, 2024, at the Seyhan Municipality Technology and Innovation Center in Adana. The project aims to train and employ 150 NEET women in the IT sector.
Implemented in partnership with We Code Association and Adana Seyhan Municipality, the kickoff meeting introduced We Code Association’s initiatives and the Young Women Building Their Future Project. The event also featured an introductory session on artificial intelligence, providing an overview of the upcoming training programs.
Throughout the project, three different training programs will be conducted. The first training, focused on Front-End Development, started on January 12, with 45 young women participating.
