As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, the employment-focused “Customer Relations Representative” training was held in Diyarbakır from May 15-26, 2023, in collaboration with the Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dicle University, and Teleperformance. NEET young women participated in the training, where they received education on: Information Security, Communication Techniques, Customer Orientation, Empathy, Stress Management, Call Center Metrics. At the end of the training, 37 women received their certificates, and 23 participants successfully secured employment at Teleperformance.
