The “Job Application Skills” training, organized within the scope of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, was held on December 28, 2022, in Adana, hosted and supported by Temsa. The project is supported by the Sabancı Foundation and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Sabancı Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Family and Social Services and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. The training was designed for NEET young women aged 18-29 who are actively seeking employment and included a dream workshop, CV preparation techniques, and interview simulations. Additionally, participants were introduced to the Opportunities Map, a platform that enables young women to access job, internship, education, and entrepreneurship support opportunities across Türkiye. At the end of the training, a technical tour of the Temsa Factory was organized for participants.
