In collaboration with Enerjisa Distribution Companies, the “Electrical Technician Training” was conducted at the Toroslar EDAŞ Regional Directorate in Adana from February 6 to 22, 2024. The three-week training program was designed for NEET young women aged 18-29, who are graduates of vocational high schools or vocational colleges in electrical studies. The program included: theoretical lessons, field applications, role model meetings, CV preparation workshops, mock interview simulations to enhance personal and professional skills. Additionally, participants were introduced to the Opportunities Map, a platform that enables young women to access job, internship, education, and entrepreneurship support opportunities across Türkiye.
