As part of the Young Women Building Their Future project, a “Job Application Skills” training was held on October 24, 2024, in Adana, in collaboration with Akçansa and Sarıçam Municipality Employment Center. This training targeted NEET young women aged 18-29 who are actively seeking employment. Participants received detailed guidance on job application processes and resume preparation, along with a mock interview simulation to enhance their job-seeking skills. Additionally, the Opportunities Map, which helps young women access job, internship, education, and entrepreneurship opportunities across Turkey, was introduced during the session.
