The face-to-face training of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, supported by the Sabancı Foundation and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Sabancı Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Family and Social Services and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, was held on December 13, 2022, in İzmir, in partnership with Çiğli Municipality and Akçansa. The training was designed for NEET young women aged 18-29 who are actively seeking employment. It provided detailed insights into the job application process and CV preparation, along with a mock interview simulation. Additionally, participants were introduced to the Opportunities Map, a platform that enables young women to access job, internship, education, and entrepreneurship support opportunities across Türkiye.
