As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, an employment-focused “Customer Relations Representative” training program was conducted in Diyarbakır from July 1 to 12, 2024, in collaboration with Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dicle University, and Teleperformance. NEET young women participated in two separate training groups, covering key topics such as: Information Security, Communication Techniques, Customer Orientation, Empathy, Stress Management, Call Center Metrics. At the end of the program, all participants successfully secured employment, marking a significant achievement in their professional journey.
