The Carpet Design Training organized for NEET women in Gaziantep as part of vocational training activities was successfully completed between 1 July and 14 September. Throughout the training, participants acquired comprehensive knowledge and skills required in the field, ranging from the fundamental principles of carpet design to the preparation of technical drawings suitable for production. The training included both theoretical and practical sessions on drawing carpet patterns, pattern creation techniques, motif drawing, color harmony, the use of the Texcelle software, pattern editing, reporting, and preparing technical drawings suitable for production. Participants who successfully completed the training had the opportunity to enhance their competencies in carpet design and pattern preparation processes through the theoretical knowledge and practical skills they gained.
