The Human Resources Specialist Certificate Program, organized online in collaboration with the Innovative Human Resources Association (YİNKADER), was successfully completed between June 30 and July 24, with the participation of 23 NEET women. As part of the program, participants received both theoretical and practical training on Introduction to Human Resources, Labor Law and Legislation, Payroll and Statutory Deductions, Recruitment Processes and Employer Branding, Training and Performance Management, Strategic, Digital and Sustainable HR, CV Preparation, and Interview Techniques. The training strengthened participants’ knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources and contributed to their professional development.
