The Human Resources Specialist Certification Program, organized in collaboration with the Innovative Human Resources Association (Yinkader), was held online from 2 to 26 June. A total of 25 NEET women participated in the 32-hour training program, and certificates were awarded to the participants who successfully completed the program. Within the scope of the program, theoretical and practical training was provided on topics including Introduction to Human Resources, Labor Law and Regulations, Payroll and Legal Deductions, Recruitment Processes and Employer Branding, Training and Performance Management, Strategic, Digital and Sustainable HR, as well as CV preparation and interview techniques. The training strengthened participants’ knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources and contributed to their professional development.
