The Job Application Skills training was held in Istanbul on April 8, 2026, in collaboration with Çimsa. The training began with an introduction to the Young Women Building Their Future project, followed by a presentation about Çimsa. It continued with expert HR teams reviewing participants’ LinkedIn profiles and sharing insights on how to improve them. Additionally, interview simulations were conducted during the training. Key points to consider in job applications and potential scenarios that may be encountered during interviews were discussed in detail. At the end of the training, participants had the opportunity to receive one- on-one feedback to reinforce what they had learned. The training was productive and effectively supported the employability of NEET women.
