The “Young Women Building Their Future” Mentorship Program, which aims to bring together NEET young women aged 18–35 with accomplished women from various sectors to support the young women’s participation in the workforce and their personal development, was implemented between September 2025 and April 2026. During the online Mentorship Program, 515 mentor–mentee matches were made, and a total of 1,944 mentoring sessions were conducted. While the mentoring sessions were ongoing, many mentees attended job interviews, and 111 NEET young women gained employment. On April 2, 2026, a closing event was held online with the participation of the mentors and mentees involved in the program. During the event, mentors and mentees shared their thoughts and experiences regarding the Mentorship Program.
