On March 11, an online training titled “International Labor Standards and Fundamental Labor Rights” was conducted for NEET women. Within the scope of the Access to Rights module, information was shared about the ILO Declaration, which defines the fundamental rights and principles in working life.
The training also addressed the perspective of gender equality, evaluating inequalities encountered in the workplace. In this context, the concepts of horizontal and vertical segregation were discussed, and the “glass ceiling” barrier that women often face in career advancement was explained with examples.
