With the aim of empowering NEET women, a “Digital Transformation Training” was organized on November 5 in collaboration with Akçansa. The training aimed to help participants adapt to the digital world and prepare for the professions of the future. The program covered topics such as the difference between digitalization and digital transformation, technological shifts and industrial revolutions, data and artificial intelligence, key technology trends, as well as the new generation of work life and emerging professions.
By the end of the training, participants gained awareness of the impact of digital transformation on the business world and individual career development, while enhancing their understanding of the digital skills needed for the future.
