The “Equal Opportunities for Women and Men Training” designed for NEET women was held online on October 13, 2025. The training began with an introduction to the concept of equal opportunities between women and men and provided information on the place of this equality in social life.
Participants were informed about the necessity of equal rights for women and men in the workplace, as well as in education and healthcare. Additionally, the impact of cultural and social norms on equality was discussed. The training aimed to raise awareness among women and increase their understanding of their rights.
