Within the scope of the Building Your Future Young Women Grant Program, the Ada Lovelace Academy Project, conducted by SistersLab – Women in Science and Technology Association, carried out online trainings for NEET young women in July. As part of the project, participants aiming to increase employment in the software sector had the opportunity to receive basic-level training on topics such as Introduction to Design with Canva, Digital Marketing, SQL, Software Testing, Git/GitHub, Java, Front-End, Python, UI/UX, Excel, Agile, Data Science, HTML & CSS, Photoshop, Premiere, Linux, and Scrum. Through these trainings, participants were enabled to both develop their technical skills and acquire the supportive competencies they need during their entry processes into the sector. With these online activities conducted throughout July, over 1,100 NEET young women were reached, opening new career paths in the technology field.
