The first session of the supportive workshop series designed to address the psychosocial needs of NEET women was held online on July 16. Titled “Coping with Uncertainty and Psychological Resilience”, this initial module aimed to help participants develop psychological resilience in the face of life events beyond their control. Throughout the workshop, practical exercises were conducted on coping strategies for uncertainty, the effects of stress, circle of control exercises, and basic breathing techniques. This module, carried out through group discussions, brief mindfulness practices, and interactive methods, encouraged both individual self-awareness and community-based solidarity. Through this workshop series, participants will not only gain knowledge, but also have the opportunity to develop personal insight by reflecting on their own experiences.
