Among the most in-demand trainings, the Job Application Skills course is now available online for NEET women across Türkiye. Within this scope, an online training titled “Job Search & Interview Skills and CV Techniques” was held on July 4, 2025, specifically designed for NEET women. During the training, participants received comprehensive guidance on preparing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatible CVs, writing compelling profile summaries that attract employers’ attention, and expressing achievements in measurable terms. They also learned effective interview techniques through structured models such as STAR and PRESS, applying these methods in practice. The training not only focused on the job application process but also helped participants better understand recruiters’ evaluation criteria, contributing to their readiness for the labor market. The interactive online session included small group activities that provided participants with opportunities for hands-on practice and experience sharing.
