The Young Women Building Their Future Mentorship Program, which aims to bring together NEET young women aged 18-29 with experienced women professionals from various sectors to support their career and personal development, was implemented between May and December 2024. The online Mentorship Program facilitated: Over 500 mentor-mentee matches, 1,951 mentorship sessions, a total of 1,543 hours of mentorship meetings. Throughout the mentorship period, many mentees participated in job interviews, started internships, entered the workforce, or launched their own businesses. On December 16, 2024, a virtual closing event was held, bringing together the mentors and mentees who participated in the program. During the event, mentors and mentees shared their experiences and reflections on the program.
