As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, the Life Skills Training was conducted in Balçova, İzmir, from June 11 to July 30, 2024, in collaboration with Mother Child Education Foundation (AÇEV) and Balçova Municipality, at Teleferik Neighborhood House. The seven-week training program included various empowerment modules designed for NEET women, covering: Discussing Our Rights, Our Neighborhood and City, Preparing for Disasters, Effective Communication, The Future Belongs to All of Us. The Life-Enriching Gatherings Program aims to help women step beyond daily life constraints and actively participate in society. Through this program, women enhance their skills in asking questions, sharing experiences, expressing themselves, speaking in public, advocating for ideas, and developing critical thinking abilities.
