As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project Grant Program, the second phase of the “NEET Women in Human Resources” project was conducted in Adana between March 18 and May 25, 2024, with the participation of 21 NEET women. The program aims to support the employment of 60 NEET women in the human resources sector.
Participants completed 155 hours of theoretical and practical training, covering key areas such as: Gender Equality, Effective Communication, Presentation Techniques, Basic Labor Law. Additionally, they received mentorship and coaching support to further enhance their skills. Graduates of the program are now being matched with companies for employment opportunities.
