As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Grant Program, the “NEET Women in Human Resources” project was launched in Adana to support the employment of 60 NEET women in the human resources field. The first training program started on January 5, 2024, with 21 young women participating.
The opening session of the training was attended by Sabancı Foundation General Manager Nevgül Bilsel Safkan and the Young Women Building Their Future project team.
The project includes a three-month theoretical and practical training program, complemented by mentorship and coaching. Mentors and coaches are selected from human resources professionals working in companies based in Adana.
Applications have already been completed for the next two training cohorts, which will begin in March and June 2024.
