As part of the Young Women Building Their Future Project, the “AutoCad and Laser CNC” training was held in Adana from April 12 to June 23, 2023, in collaboration with the Seyhan Municipality Technology and Innovation Center (SEYTİM). Young women participating in the training: Learned the AutoCAD program in the theoretical sessions, received hands-on training on Laser CNC machine operation in the workshop, started producing their own designs by the end of the training. In addition to technical training, participants attended empowerment-focused sessions, covering: Gender Equality, Access to Rights, Role Model Meeting, Job Application Skills. Additionally, participants were introduced to the Opportunities Map, a platform that enables young women to access job, internship, education, and entrepreneurship support opportunities across Türkiye.
