Young Women Building Their Future project aims to highlight the challenges and needs of young women who are Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET), and to develop mechanisms to address them the project empowers NEET young women, enhancing their active participation in social and economic life

Career Counseling

Online Career Counseling has been launched in collaboration with Adecco to support young women aged 18-35 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) in shaping their careers and accessing job opportunities. Within the scope of Career Counseling, young women will receive support in areas such as preparing a CV, reviewing their CVs, writing cover letters for job applications, preparing for interviews, career planing, and applying for suitable job opportunities.

Mentorship Program

Mentorship Program aims to support NEET women aged 18-35 by matching them with experienced female professionals from various sectors, helping them integrate into the workforce and contribute to their personal development. 
Implemented in two phases across 2023 and 2024, the program successfully engaged 1,000 mentors and 1,100 mentees. The new phase will open for applications soon. .

Grant Program

Grant Program aims to enhance the employability of NEET young women aged 18-29 and facilitate their employment through the development of innovative, collaboration-based models.

Implemented between 2023 and 2024, the program supported seven impactful projects.

Since its launch in 2022, the project has successfully delivered around 150 training sessions through partnerships with 75 stakeholders.
